Saturday delivery is $14 extra or at total cost of $41 per order Hawaii and Alaska: For 2 day shipping $30 per order (often takes a day to pack). Expedited shipping to Puerto Rico is $45 (delivery to you usually 2 days after ordering). APO's Request standard shipping. Items are sent US Priority Mail. *FedEx or UPS can not deliver to a P.O.
